I came to Australia from India back in 2007 as an international student, with a dream to settle here and get permanent residence. So I know firsthand the struggle. I understand the whole migration journey can feel never-ending and difficult, and at times frustrating – the paperwork, the waiting, the uncertainty about what comes next for you and your family.
But I never gave up. I worked hard, did everything I could, and finally got my permanent residence in 2011.
More importantly, I found that I was good at solving my own immigration problems, with the help of my migration agent. So I decided to help others. I studied migration law in 2013 and first registered as a migration agent in 2014.

How this practice is run
The rules we work under, in plain terms.
Your money is held properly
Fees paid in advance are held in a clients account and drawn only as the work is done and invoiced.
Honest advice, including no
If an application is not going to succeed, you will be told that before you spend money on it, not after.
Your file is yours
You can ask for your documents back in writing at any time, and you are entitled to a statement of the services provided.
You know who is acting
Immigration assistance is given by a registered migration agent. You are told who that is, and you can verify the registration.
If something goes wrong
Tell us first. If that does not resolve it, you can complain to the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority.
